EXPERIENCE

I have over twenty years of experience in many facets of the real estate industry including the purchase and sale of Seattle area homes, condominiums and apartment buildings as well as retail, office, mixed use and warehouse investment properties.  Prior to being a Managing Broker with Windermere Real Estate in Seattle, I held senior positions in asset management which entailed extensive commercial property management and leasing experience.

EDUCATION

​

I hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Finance / Real Estate, have earned the RPA (Real Property Administrator) designation from BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) and am currently a CCIM candidate (Certified Commercial Investment Member) with the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.
